The Dirty Dozen

How long will it take to burn off some of these foods. This is an interesting read. The most interesting to me was the large movie popcorn WITHOUT butter is 80 grams of fat!

    Movie theater Popcorn is bad because it is often made in coconut oil….
    we use canola and mmmmm is it good (and MUCH better for you…).

    But changing oils doesn’t change the “makes you overweight” (fat content) part of it, just changes the cholesterol and longer terms health issues. So, if I want to be skinny and not carry around a bunch of extra weight on my new mountain bike, then I probably should stick to the low-fat microwave popcorn that Sarah introduced me to that is so good.

    yeah, but 1 tablespoon of canola per 1/2 cup unpopped corn can’t be that bad…
