Purity is tough for Guys. Period. This book bluntly communicates on the authors’ ideas for male sexuality and purity. It focuses much more on a strategy for purity for married men than singles. I would guess that Every Young Man’s Battle (another book in this series by the same authors) is more geared toward singles. There wasn’t much in this book that I hadn’t already thought of myself in struggles with avoiding the desires my sinful nature brings up. It has an interesting section at the end of most chapters for wives/women who are reading the book. I would recommend it for those who are struggling with a “game plan” for tackling problems they’re having fighting the flesh.
