    I remember some of those from my Intro to Psychology class in college. They’re those cases where we’d rather believe what we’ve always been told than the science. Interesting.

    Yeah…I still refuse to believe that being out in the cold doesn’t at least contribute to getting a cold…doesn’t it dry out your throat or something…come on! It has to be bad somehow!! I was out in the cold for a couple of hours on Saturday and now I have a cold. There you have it! Proof.

    Yeah, I’m with you on the cold thing. I’m pretty sure it’s not healthy to run around barefoot in the snow. Maybe snow has cold germs? :o)
