This is an excellent book. I’m a little ashamed that I’ve just gotten around to reading it, but I’m very glad I did. C.S. Lewis does his usually brilliant job once again in this book. Mere Christianity is a series of talks Lewis gave that have been converted to a book format. I feel like I can’t do justice to this book in a review. I recommend it to everyone, both Christians wanting to deepen their walk with Christ, and non-Christians who want to understand what Christianity is really about (it’s not just what you hear churchgoing people talking about…probably not what you think). C.S. Lewis does an amazing job at explaining the core concepts of Christianity and objections to them in simple terms.
