We went to Durham/Raleigh this weekend to see some friends and eat some good eating…This is a picture of one of the chefs at Crazy Fire. You pay $5.95 for a bowl, go through a “salad bar” of raw meats and vegetables and sauces/seasonings and then hand your bowl to a chef (who stays busy preparing 12 or so at a time). I made mine SPICY with lots of meat. It was good. You can stack up zucchini around the side of your bowl to make it bigger and fit in more stuff.
