15 in a serving, Tasty, high fiber and simple ingredients
Addictive, a little expensive
I really dig Triscuit Thin Crisps. They were my first real break on the second phase of the South Beach Diet. I usually eat them with either hummus or 2% cheddar cheese. They taste great, have simple ingredients (Whole wheat, salt, soybean oil, monoglycerides) and are filling enough to last a while as a snack. The only downside is how addictive they are.
