I listened to this as an audiobook. I wish I hadn’t. I wish I had had the book in hand with a highlighter in another. There were several lists that I wish I had written down to memorize. Several tips/tricks for index cards. This book is the best book I’ve read on evangelism and how to accomplish it. Not street witnessing (unless the opportunity presents itself), but “lifestyle evangelism”. I found myself chuckling at how right (and cutting) her analysis of how most believers’ current evangelical style is. Myself included. We worry too much about accomplishing our goal (spitting out something about Jesus and eternal life) and don’t focus enough on what we can do to love the person. There’s a lot more to it than that, but I would just say go pick up the book.
