Anything messed up in accounting takes a while to figure out.
Almost all the hardware purchasing (with the exception of Dell workstations) I do is through CDW. Their sales support surpasses anything I’ve ever worked with. I have a “team” of 8-10 people who specialize in different things and then one rep. He treats me right, gets me answers and gives me good advice. He’s always there when I call and I get what I need when I order. Returns are easy, but if anything gets caught up in accounting, it can take quite a while to get sorted out. The extranet is such that I don’t have to call for most things I order.
