Jesus a woman?

There’s a new “edition” of the Gospels that “corrects” the text so Jesus is a woman (Judith). Is this just another step (leap) past TNIV? I keep shaking my head wondering how someone can defend this.

I’d love to have a talk with the publishers

  1. Scott says:

I’m sorry, I shouldn’t laugh about this. Why Judith, because it sounds like Jesus? Why not Barbara or Tammy?

It’s not even worth discussing this book’s credibility. It’s like saying Julius Caesar was really a woman. This book follows the ‘prove me wrong’ mentality, and it’s a non-academic approach to history.

They just got confused by the long hair.

  3. Jon says:

Isn’t it supposed to be a farce?

  4. El Gray says:

Huh, I think “Judith” is the name of that A Perfect Circle song that is about something like that. That dude really doesn’t like some Jesus.
