The Updated Curfew

It was time.

I had enjoyed the ColdFusion hosting too long.  And it was becoming hard to maintain my cobbled-together code.  I’ve looked at blogger in the past, but it just didn’t have everything I wanted.

So, I took the account I had configured for some personal backups at Bluehost and setup wordpress on it.

After a good Saturday of writing scripts and massaging data so I could import my old posts, I think I’ve created a workable site.

Main content is here, bookmark hive at Delicious (sorry, no one else can contribute currently), pictures at Picasa and research notes (new feature/site area) at Google notebook.

Hopefully this new framework will last for a while and allow me to blog more often.

Research areas on the right will not operate correctly until I finish populating the Google notebooks.

Beautiful! Now you just need to customize the theme 🙂

You’ll love wordpress. there are some pretty awesome plugins available.

Don’t feel like customizing the theme…getting the data in this weekend was fun enough. People only come for the content anyway, right?

  3. Congrats! I think you’ll like it a lot. If you need any custom pieces written, I’m here for you 🙂
